Orders are only processed once they have been confirmed via a phone call (typically the call is made within 24 hours of the order being received). Processing time is normally 24 to 48 hours depending on the order queue.
Shipping on ZaraFashion.pk is 100% free worldwide — no matter where you are located.
Standard Shipping (Pakistan)
Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days.
We do not deliver via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Please use Credit/Debit Card, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa to complete your payment.
Standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 5 to 7 business days after your order is shipped.
Wholesale Orders
Free delivery is not available on wholesale items.
If your order contains both regular items and wholesale items, the free shipping will apply only to regular items, provided the total of regular items exceeds Rs. 20,000.
Shipping charges for wholesale items will be calculated and charged separately.
Delivery costs for wholesale products will be communicated during the confirmation call, based on the best available estimate at the time.
Possible Reasons for Shipping Delays
Incorrect shipping address entered during checkout.
Personal detail verification required for fraud prevention or destination confirmation.
Advance payment (via bank deposit, EasyPaisa, etc.) not yet verified.
Any internal or courier-related delay — in such cases, our team may contact you via phone or email.
View & Track Orders
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility located in Bahawalpur. We use various trusted courier services for delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from ZaraFashion.pk containing your tracking number and details of the assigned courier.
If you don’t receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your order details or contact our support team at support@ZaraFashion.pk.
Please allow:
12 hours for your parcel to be registered in the courier system before tracking.
24 hours for international orders before attempting to track.
