Who do I contact for help?

 For any assistance related to orders, payments, or product inquiries, please contact us at contact@zarafashion.pk. Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and will respond promptly.

Browse our wide range of products and add your favorite items to the shopping cart. Once ready, click the cart icon, review your selections, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details and confirm your order.

After placing an order, log in to your account and visit the “My Orders” section. Here, you’ll find real-time updates on your shipment status and tracking numbers when your order ships.

You can request changes or cancellations within one hour of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at contact@zarafashion.pk. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You can refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for guidance on how to handle unwanted items.

Members can track orders, update profile information, manage shipping addresses, save payment methods, and view exclusive promotions and offers.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account helps speed up future purchases and lets you track your orders easily.

How do I know the weight of an item?

Product weight is listed under the product description on each item page to help you estimate shipping times and costs.

You can subscribe to restock alerts on the product page. We’ll notify you as soon as the item becomes available again.

All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We accept major credit and debit cards, online banking, and popular local payment gateways like JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Currently, only one promo or discount code can be applied per order.

Delivery times vary by location but typically take 5-7 business days within Pakistan.

Inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Contact us at contact@zarafashion.pk within 24 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Yes, items added to your cart will remain saved for 24 hours or until you complete your purchase.

Delivery addresses can only be changed before the order is processed. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
